Refund policy

At Nova Shop, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at novaashopnet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items
Items returned after 30 days or in used/damaged condition without a defect claim will not be eligible for a refund.
